Tradehome Shoes

Sadly I cannot remember the employees name that helped me but he was amazing. I have terrible knee issues and needed something that would wear well with lots of standing and walking while at work. He did a great job listening to what I was saying before he even tried to recommend a shoe. I did give into the inserts they offer, which I am extremely happy I did now. He interacted with my son while I tried on shoes and was not pushy at all. Not only am I not worried about being on my feet all day at work, Im excited to get back on the treadmill and try these vs my hokas. I will definitely go back to purchase from them again.

I went into the store to purchase some more shoes that were comfortable for me feet. Two of our kids recommend this store. The gentleman that helped me, who also was the owner, was extremely helpful. He took time to make sure each shoe I tried on felt good. If it didn't he went back a grabbed another shoe. I was in the store for over 40 minutes trying to find a shoe that worked for me since I had recently broken my ankle. We tried shoes with/without inserts, I tried sandals and more. He really took his time to make sure my feet felt good. I know I walked around the store in at least 6 different shoes. Not once was I rushed nor did he seem bothered. The other young man working in the store was just as kind as the owner. Almost forgot, the store was packed with people and he still took time to take care of me. Those two made sure each person felt like they were #1. Great customer service and all around care. I highly recommend them everyone. I will be back to get more. Thank you, two both of you
