        BRIDES: PLEASE READ THE REVIEWS BEFORE GOING HERE I have never given a bad review in my life, and I dont believe in them, but I read through the reviews and found out my experience wasnt a one-off. I wish I had read them sooner. I paid $60 cash deposit on my wedding dress, and when I came back for the dress, they told me it got stuck in between other dresses, and the seamstress hadnt even started to sew it yet. They were understaffed, so I said thats okay, and we set another date. They pushed me off from that date as well, saying it wasnt done. Then they lost the employee who handled my transaction, and when I came back weeks later to pick up my dress, they insisted that I pay for the dress in full. When all was said and done, I ended up paying over $200 for an extremely late dress that was only supposed to cost $180. I went back and read the reviews, and when I saw that many other women had similar problems, I figured Id share my experience. The company replies with a boiler plate so sorry for your experience! But they do nothing to change this problem. Im sure theyre great at simple alterations, but when it comes to wedding dresses specifically, I highly suggest finding another place.

      Hello Sierrah,First off, thank you for your feedback regarding your wedding dress alterations. We have addressed the issues you raised internally and will be making appropriate changes as a result. We do sincerely apologize for the lapses in service that you experienced. And although we know that this apology will do little to assuage you anger with us, we would however like to take this opportunity to provide an explanation. Our internal system shows no record of you providing a down payment during your first visit. As we had no record of it our system or on our internal accounting records, we have to go off of that. During this time, we did also experience a change in management and with this transition, have made subsequent changes to how bridal is handled in store. Again, we thank you for your feedback.
