Shawn Benson is an amazing realtor and a very caring and genuine person. I had to sell my moms house in Chillicothe, and I was looking for a realtor that could coordinate /find folks to do repairs, paint, and freshen up the house. I also needed a fair amount of furniture moved out of the house and donated to folks that needed it. I live over three hours away from Chillicothe, so I was not going to be around all that much. I saw reviews for Shawn that caught my eye, especially a few from folks that had to sell a home and lived far from Chillicothe. I gave Shawn a call and I am very glad I did. She was always there for me when I had questions, concerns or needed some clarification or suggestions. Her insights were always on point and greatly appreciated. She knows the market and what it takes to make a house sell for top dollar. She lined up folks to get the furniture out of the house and donated, clean the house, paint the house, do repairs, donate my moms large book collection, find a roofer to replace the roof before winter weather set in and a host of other things, including staging the house to let people see the homes potential. Shawn sent me pics of the home after it was staged and ready to go on the market. I could not believe how great my childhood home looked! Neighbors also told me how much they liked what Shawn had done to the home. When the house finally went up for sale, we had multiple offers (very good offers) on the same day as the first and only open house. I accepted a great offer the next day! I cannot recommend Shawn enough. She is that good! If you want a caring, patient, insightful, kind person who knows real estate and truly wants to do anything possible to help you with your real estate needs, then call Shawn! You will not be sorry.
