        Not sure how this place has a 4 star rating. My mom was there for a little over 2 months and was constantly neglected. From not going to get her for meals to letting another resident with dementia abuse her in her own room. Terrible experience.

        Full of lies. Don't have enough staff to cover what they promise. Can hardly ever get help when needed because they usually only have one aid working, especially weekends.

        My friend Karin was a resident there I found her many times not getting help to eat she couldn't feed herself they just dropped off her food and she eventually died. Her laundry piled up and I think she didn't get much attention.

        My mother lives at the Ashford. She dearly loves Jill, the Senior Living Advisor at The Ashford, and can't say enough about how kind and thoughtful Jill is, and how hard she works. It warms my heart that Jill goes out of her way to bless my mother and make her feel so special.
