        Had a horrible experience. Only booked our hotels and only did 4 start hotels and wouldnt book us tours because she only did private. Had to make my own itinerary because she wouldnt help us with it. Booked our hotel at the airport which is not even at the airport and now I have to get a ride there. If youre going on a budget do not go to Janet McLaughlin. I basically planned out my own trip which I thought thats what travel agents did but apparently not. Do not recommend
