    The employee who was covering (7-9 pm February ,6)was very impolite and unprofessional, she kicked us out and refused to refund, unfortunately I heard good reviews about this place but this employee has ruined the experience ! Please train your employees to communicate clearly and politely with clients as we came to have fun but turned out to be the worst!

    I had the worst experience ever. I arrived on time, but no one welcomed me, and there wasn't any name on the table, so I sat beside my friends. After a while, the instructor came and impolitely told us to move our seats. We responded that we didn't know those weren't our seats and suggested that she could have asked us politely to change seats. Following this, she shouted at us again and asked us to leave. She was unprofessional.This incident left me deeply disappointed and disillusioned with the service.

    I recently attended (7 - 9) pm drawing class at this studio, unfortunately it was a highly disappointing experience due to the poor customer service provided. From the moment I arrived, it was evident that the staff lacked professionalism and attentiveness. Despite having made a reservation in a advance, I was greeted with disinterest and confusion. From the first moment, the instructor demonstrated a lack of patience and failed to provide adequate guidance. Instead of fostering a supportive and encouraging environment. In summary, my experience at pinots palette woodmere was far from satisfactory. Lack of professionalism, poor instructions and dismissive attitude towards customer feedback were major drawbacks. I sincerely hope that the management takes proactive steps to address these issues and works towards improving the customer experience in the near future

    Had the worst customer experience ever, the employee was shouting at us a group of six and asked us to leave just because we moved our places, she couldve spoken to us in a calmer tone but she asked us to leave while shouting !! Very unprofessional and very unwelcoming ! I wish there is a zero star option!

I was expecting this review. We actually have video from security cameras and statements from other guests to back our staff. Each of whom stated she was not confrontational and reacted only after your group became confrontational. Your group arrived late. They were informed of the seating for the evening and chose to move your seats displacing two other groups that had arrived separately. On top of that you created such a disruption 2 guests left. I am the owner. I arrived as I said to you over the phone in 10 minutes not the 15 promised but your group had left already.Cursing at and intimidating my staff is unwelcome. We set up groups a certain way to avoid interruption during the class and we do not sell tickets to guests after the start time to avoid further delays. Only 6 of your 7 had signed up at the time of the incident.But I digress. Regretfully, we are issuing a statement that you and your guests are no longer welcome at our studio. Eton security ha been informed, I believe you spoke with them and your pictures, information and the security videos with audio are reserved for any future need to reply. I am also sending your group emails with the included security photos and video to corroborate our descision.
