MedMark Treatment Centers Columbus North OH

I want to start off saying THANK YOU HEATHER MULLINS, the directer at Medmark in East Columbus. I came to Medmark as a guest from Akron Ohio. Long story short Heather was amazing. I called her so many times in 2 days and she was so polite and did everything she could to help me with my situation. Once I got there, the gentleman at the front desk was so nice, as well as the lady in the dosing room. Wish I would have caught their names. I would recommend them to everyone. Thank you all for such a great visit. I will agree that they could use another dosing window but I didn't wait long at all any time went.

I was at complete healthcare for woman and was at my Witts end when on a Saturday morning group session and we watched American horror stories. Somehow Medmark treatment center come across my path! Ms. Nancy (not there any more) got me an appointment on a Friday and as soon as I walked in I just knew I wouldnt leave! They were very professional and did not let the patients run them! Judy was running the desk every morning and she was great She controlled people dosing and did not tolerate people acting like fools! They went through a rough few months being short staffed but now its all good! I adore Ms. Heather I have a lot for respect for her. One time at the east center the clients dosing got all upset because the order got messed up and everybody was actings like fools and she come out owned the situation and was able to get everybody to act like decent human beings rather than attacking the staff verbally! I have never waited more than an half hour to does! This place doesnt make me feel like a complete loser/junkie!

Caring staff, counselors and amazing doctors who actually are making a huge difference in my life! Compared to elsewhere, they are clean, much faster, and actually try to help you. After going here for 8+ months and seeing how the other clinics are, MedMark is just of a higher standard of care period.

The best clinic in the state. They care about you fully from every part of the process forward into your life. The building is essentially a hidden gem of the state and without the people who work at the location I would've been in a much worse position in life. If you're to go to a clinic and want exceptional care and treatment, this is the place to go.
