        This is the worst airline company in the world. They lost our suitcase TWICE! Funny thing is that it wasn't even lost. They just couldn't be bothered to put it in the next flight and now it is probably sitting in a warehouse somewhere with no one looking for it. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. (United, Delta, and Lufthansa all deliver delayed bags in a timely manner.)

        Im sure the individuals working at the ticket counter are nice deep down. But because they chose a career with the worlds worst airline I have to rate them appropriately. Spirit is legitimately a better airline than American miss your connection and strand you somewhere random Airlines
