Warehouse guys were quick and helpful, but office staff is terrible. During check out I ordered a keg of Labatt Blue and specifically said, "I want Blue, NOT Labatt Light." The lady at the front desk repeated that back to me so I know it was heard. I pulled around and the warehouse guys quickly loaded the keg up and sent me on my way. I got home only to realize that I was given a keg of Labatt Light. I called to notify them of the mistake and the immediate reaction was that it was partly my fault for not checking the receipt, even though the receipt was handed to me seconds after I was assured that I ordered Blue, not Light. I was transferred to the operations manager who reiterated that he was not willing to do anything to fix the mistake. This was a $140 keg and he compared it to "accidentally picking up the wrong 6 pack from the store." Mistakes do happen but I expect companies to offer a mutually agreeable solution when they make a mistake instead of blaming the customer. I will absolutely be driving the extra 10 minutes to Cavalier Distributing next time I host a party.
