        My tour of River House went great! This apartment seems to check all my boxes. Ireland was the leasing consultant helping me. She was very friendly and able to answer all my questions!

        JOKE of a luxury apartment. We have lived here for 4 years and seen nothing but rent increases and building issues. In 2022 the entire building windows were inspected. Upon discovery all windows in the entire complex were installed improperly. To river houses cheap choice they decided to fix only half of the windows. IF YOU ARE MOVING IN MAKE SURE YOU GET THE NEW ONES. Every rain our windows leak pools of water into our unit. This place is a money hungry greedy place with poor management and poor customer service. Save your money

        I've had a great experience at Riverhouse! The apartment itself is beautiful and spacious and everything works perfectly. Any issues we've had maintenance has taken care of super quickly. I love the location and we feel really safe in this area. The amenities are great, too. We love it here!
