        Horrible place to stay, management has really taken a steep decline since prior years. Unfortunate to say and garage lacks security provisions. It is constantly broken and random people can get in at all times throughout the year. As well, seemingly management is trying to exit their position with said property, so they have truly been providing subpar service in the duration of the sale of One Pearl.

        My boyfriend and I have lived at One Pearl for a few years now, and absolutely love it. Very reasonable pricing for area and quality of apartments. Spacious modern apartments, very nice appliances, balcony, love the high ceilings. We have had very few issues while living here and if we ever do, the office team has been so amazing in helping us! Would absolutely recommend for anyone looking for an apartment near OSU or short north! We love OPP!!

        The staff is ALWAYS willing to help if there is an issue or something needs to be resolved. They are quick to solutions which is always encouraging. I love my apartment and resigned already for next year. The location is in a good spot for convenience purposes too.
