Residences of Gahanna

I just want to say Thank You to Shana especially from the first day I walked into the Office she answered all my questions. I came back and did a tour of the Residence of Gahanna Apartment and the whole Complex and l like what I seen and I did get an Apartment right away. The floor Im on it seems good, always clean and the few neighbors I came across are friendly. The cleaning lady does a great job and the ladies from the Office always kind and helps me with whatever I ask. I can say so far its been great and I will recommend my friends. I just want to say keep up the good work from the young ladies in the Office thanks.

We moved into the apartment recently. They were very friendly and helpful with the moving process! We moved from out of state so we were not able to do a tour in person. The office was great to work with!

Ive been here for awhile now and I can honestly say I am more than impressed with the front office CS. They respond promptly and are willing to go above and beyond to meet and exceed expectations. The last person I interacted with was Kali and she was polite and promptly helped me. The apartments are clean, safe and have a truly genuine community atmosphere.

I have to say that living here at the Residences of Gahanna is awesome! The neighbors are wonderful and the management team, Bobby and Meredith are warm and inviting! They made moving from another apartment complex so easy! I love the various layouts and the apartments are generous! 1200 sf! The kitchen in my apartment is amazing and so much cabinetry. The bathrooms are a good size and everything in my apartment from the ceilings to the carpets was in great shape.. matter of fact, "it sparkled!" Thanks to the management team I know that our stay here, however long will be a good one! (great move-in specials too!)
