I have lived here over 20 years, and hope to live here another 20 years at least. I live in a 2 bedroom, and the rooms are good sized and there is a lot of storage space. But the reason I want to stay is because this building is a community - you get to know the people you "live with". Even though it is on a busy street and right next to a freeway, it's quiet. There are many trees and bushes that create a separation from the bustle of the city. It is an old building, so it's not perfect, but the apartments are being remodeled and look great! The building has been sold recently, and there are some operational kinks to work out, but the members of the management company (Oakwood) have been responsive to tenant inquires and feedback. If you are looking for a safe place to live, beautiful surroundings and a peaceful environment, look no further. You have found it at Olentangy Terrace Apartments.
