        This facility is very poorly built resulting in extremely high electric bills. I live on the first floor and keep the thermostat at 68 degrees in the winter. The electric bill in January and February, 2024 was over $420 per month. In addition, the office staff is very condescending and unpleasant

        Its been almost 3 years since we live here. Its a very good and quite apartment complex. Management is always nice and friendly.

        It's fine for what it is. Not the worst and not the best. I would avoid Coastal Ridge Property group - doing the absolute minimum and expecting the most.

        Ive lived here for a few months and have had a great experience! The staff at the clubhouse is super friendly and accommodating, and the maintenance staff is incredible and timely the few times Ive needed something. Hes also left my dog a bag of treats and some extra laundry detergent after replacing my washer/dryer! It really is the little things that make you feel appreciated and valued as more than just a tenant. Plus, the other residents are very friendly and the dogs weve met at the dog park are also great! The price is great and location is great, love it here!

      Susie Arnold, it is disappointing for us to hear that your experience was anything less than great. If you have not already, I would recommend reaching out to the electric provider, American Power and Light regarding any billing concerns. Their phone number is 888.850.0098. Additionally, we sent out communication explaining that due to changes in the CARES Act in Franklin County, the 30 day notice will be going out as of the 2nd of the month to any account not paid in full. Previously, when rent was not received, you were issued a 3-day Notice to Vacate on the day late fees were applied to your account. We understand that the documentation comes across as a bit harsh, however, as we explained when we spoke to you yesterday, this is a document that the state of Ohio legally requires us to send out. You will still have the 3-day grace period to pay your rent and the late fee will still not be assessed until the 4th of the month. We would like the opportunity to directly address your concerns.
