Legacy at Jeffrey Park

The apartments and community themselves are very nice. However, my largest complaint is they use the scam of a company NEP to do their sub metering for power. So be prepared to pay double the electric bill that you would pay if it was provided by AEP or the city of Columbus.

@Location location location. @Great neighbors @Mltiple Pools to choose from @Decent one bedroom apartment size for one person + small to medium sized dogs or a cat. @World class maintenance team. John & Co. your team is doing great!! Bravo! @Nice touch for adding Bada, a coffeehouse by day/cocktail lounge by night. *Improvement: its about time the Foundry Pool furnitures get replaced. Also while at it lets trim those tree branches. SO to my guy @James Rose and the rest of the leasing staffs.

Ive lived here a few months and love my experience so far. I especially like the new maintenance team, Corb and Brent. Theyre really quick with requests and are super friendly and respectful. I have a dog that doesnt like strangers and they were accommodating with the request to call and schedule a time with me and not entering unless Im home. I really like the neighborhood, everyone is nice that I run into and its very dog friendly. My apartment unit itself is great with tons of natural light. Im glad I found this place and a bonus that its walking distance to the Short North.

Isaiah and Ebonie are such gems & truly love what they do. Amazing host when our clubhouse has events!
