Keep in mind this is my experience others need to form your own the facility ask for reviews on Google so that is where I'm putting it maybe it will get attention as that seems the only way can't get any management attention any other way. This is my week 2 here at Taylor. The facility is very new and nice doesn't always mean it's the best place to be from day on e I have had call light issues to where doesn't work they always say we will put a work order in. That is not the right answer it should be addressed right away. I'm not staying in a room without a call light when I can hardly walk. They fix it then it breaks agan.i have been without pain meds since Tues no urgency to address that they tell me the nurse practioner won't be here until Thursday. So I did my own work and called my pain main management dr today maybe I can get then quickerTo me these theses are urgent and could be very critical to the patient.i also have wound care that needs dressing everyday today is Thursday last changed sunday.so don't let a nice facility fool you it may not be the best. So far I'm getting excellent care from pt.the aides are on top of things most of the time .would I come here again??? I would have to really think about it. Like I said therapy is good so far everything else so far I would rate low.

I have really enjoyed my experience at Taylor Springs. The administration and clinical staff are both engaged in providing the best possible care to my patients. Positive clinical outcomes are of paramount importance to all of the staff.
