        Worst experience I've ever had with a mechanic shop. Dishonest and unprofessional. They charged me $1,000 to change a fuel pump, then refused to work out payments with me, held my truck hostage, nearly cost me everything I own. Didn't even fix my truck right. Check engine light came back on same day I got it back, and now I have no windshield wipers. The invoice stated the fuel pump cost $300. Actual price for same pump at O'Reilly's -$139. The invoice stated fuel filter cost $50. Actual price for same filter at O'Reilly's -$14.

        Thanks to the honesty and integrity of owner Mike Shifflet and his staff, I have been a valued customer for the past 6 years. They have ASE certified techs and they are a AAA approved repair shop. Prices are competitive and fair, they provide shuttle service if needed, and they do really good work.

        Brought in a car I was considering buying. Everything I saw on carfax and from dealer looked good to me, but I'm not a mechanic. I went to where I always go (Shifflet) and Im glad I did. There was a rear main seal leak hidden behind the engine splash shield. That is an expensive repair! Thank you Shifflet!!

In fact, many customers have been referred to our auto repair shop when another shop couldnt fix their vehicle. We offer general auto repair including light trucks up to 5 tons. We understand how frustrating it is to have vehicle problems. Thats why we take the time to look at problems from all angles and make sure that your vehicle runs smoothly as an integrated system. We also make sure that your vehicle is expertly maintained so you can get the maximum life out of it. We are proud to be a green auto shop. We recycle everything we can.
