Amani, literally hung up on me didn't ask my number didn't take notes on the last time i called asking where my check was, she's there to get her check and could careless about anyone else's issue/money. I spoke to Lisa who was lovely, you can tell she cared and wanted to help and i appreciate that so much. I actually called back right away after being hung up on and Amani I know seen it was me and didn't answer and I'm so glad. Thank you for initiative and caring Lisa. This is a huge issue for our household its our money we live on we need to know where our check is at in the process of being returned to us and its been a week and were still lost on where its at but I believe Lisa will be calling back with an update after doing some digging. I had to write this review right after all this happened because here we are a week later not knowing where our 3,500 is floating around at. Giving 2 stars for Lisa that's it if I didn't have to I wouldn't put one because of Amani

Staff was very nice and informative! I was greeted right away when I walked into the facility and were able to help me right away. I appreciate the service :)

Walked in with no appointment, Victoria got what i needed within 5 minutes. Very good customer service and a great attitude about helping me out. Thank you.
