a woman of color who is in the drive thru are unpleasant, I don't understand what they are doing working there if they don't provide good service. This is my second time here and it's the same attitude. The supervisor should pay more attention to his workers.

Very Unprofessional. If Not Paying Attention To A Customer Was A Company, It Would Be This Chases Bank Teller With The Messed Up Hand. The Guy That Helped Me Acted As If He Didnt Want To Help Me. Yes I Came In At 4:50 (10 mins before closing) but I dont get off until 4:30. He brings up to a colleague of his of how he knows what weed smells like now cause he didnt know what it smelled like before making a scene! clearly its me but I have a license to smoke! Unfortunately I didnt get what I needed done but Thanks to the lady for stepping in!! The teller needs trained better and needs to stop making a joke of his job!!

Usually excellent customer service here until today. Amina /Aminata was covering while branch manager was not in. She gave the most incompetent service. So unfortunate with foreigners coming into American businesses but not adhering to good business etiquette. She was instant on not being of any help while repeating herself like a robot instead of helping and trouble shooting to solve the issue. Branch itself is a very nice branch with other staff. Its actually my preferred branch because they operate ao effectively with competence professionalism and friendliness. One sour apple that should be removed to preserve this branch's reputation. Q
