        Im beyond upset with this bank. They cannot keep their word in regards to contacting me back. The account is in limbo so I cant use it or close it. No one there can tell me anything. Not even the manager. The tellers advised me to bank with Chase. Completely unprofessional to suggest to send business to another bank instead of assisting with the problem. I will be contacting corporate and I dont care how much time I spend on this, I want this account closed. I dont know how they have any business with the way they treat people.

        Key bank is terrible , had an account for damn near five years and they wont cash a payroll check if you dont have matching funds in your account. Im CASHING a check it has NOTHING to do with my bank account!! Your employees at this branch are terrible people who lack customer service ! Ill be closing my account.
