        100% appalled at The Piano Bar. We had reservations for months and months for a milestone in a huge group of peoples lives and the Piano Bar tosses us aside like pure trash. Absolutely no loyalty! This will be a location I cross off my list forever. They may have made money in the short term, but this is not good business for any sort of longevity. Good day!

        Be aware if you place a reservation for a large party this new ownership is willing to cancel with minimal notice leaving you high and dry. Made a reservation 4 months in advance only to have it canceled 24 days before for a party of 35. Completely disappointed in this new ownership. Always have a plan B for when the Piano Bar leaves you hanging!
