        How as an experienced barber can you be given a picture and not be able to translate it onto someones head? A mid taper was somehow translated into a high taper. Didnt even bother to give me a lineup. Constantly stopped mid cut to have a conversation with another customer. Was rude and had the audacity to ask if I liked the cut. Honestly my fault for cheating on my usual barber. My trip is ruined, thank you very much.

      Ms. Dalton, my apologies for any confusion!Normally there is someone there even before opening hours however doing this Corona virus, we have been making adjustments and working with limited staff at times!Also kut's City welcomes all reviews bad or good we don't mind being held to account, however this review was a little unfair!
