I purchase some semi permanent hair dye by an Adore yesterday in the afternoon! Once I got home I realized it was the wrong hair dye but the store was close so I waited until they open up this morning and I was told I can return it because they dont return stuff like that! I told the lady the receipt says cosmetics/chemicals is sealed or wrapped in plastic within 10 days of purchase must have receipt. & hair dye is cosmetics/chemicals she told me she couldnt help me so I called another ushr cause I know they are all owed by the same people & it was an African lady being rude, telling me that my receipt does not stay cosmetic or chemicals, and wouldnt let me talk and then hung up the phone and when I tried to call back they didnt answer and I think they took the phone off the hook because it started to ring busy! That very unprofessional and I use to work for them when I was a teenager & never had a problem until now! Money dont grow on my trees so I want what I want and if I pay for something and it clearly states on the receipt that cosmetics and chemicals can be returned as long as theyre sealed and original package with the receipt and I have all that, and it still wont allow me to return my item! I will not be shopping there anymore and I have been a loyal customer for 20 plus years!
