The worst people work here. They should not be in customer service. I will never go back to this store. I agree with the prior reviews. They always act like they cant be bothered and nothing is ever in stock.

I have popped in a few times to grab hair color and the associates are always very patient with me when I have questions. They take their time to listen to their customers and relay what theyve heard about products even if they havent tried them so you can feel confident in your decisions. Highly recommend this location!

After a whole debacle at the Reynoldsberg cosmoprof location, Rachel and Jessica were here to save the day!! I had ordered same day delivery from the other store but nobody was even there to give the delivery drivers the order (thus stiffing the drivers out of their pay) I called this location for help. Jessica was so quick to help remedy the situation she went incredibly above and beyond, offering to deliver my color order HERSELF (with her own car and gas money, something she shouldnt have to do, again went way above and beyond) She really saved the day. Give these girls a raise!!!!! Theyre absolutely amazing.
