Outstanding staff and selection. Brian was extremely helpful with the selection and setup of my new bike. He took the time to show me how everything worked and answered every question I had. I really can not express how happy I am with my purchase and most importantly the service from the staff.

Always great service! I had placed an online order (for in-store pickup), and happened to be in the area, so I stopped in to see if it was ready (the order confirmation email said it could take 2 days, but I stopped in early hoping they could just pull it off the shelf for me). I got there before they opened, but an employee happened to be going into the store when I went up to see if they were open, and they offered to get the order for me even though they weren't open yet. It ended up not being ready, but they went out of their way to get me what I needed out of their local stock and checked me out even though the store wasn't open yet! (Apparently online orders are handled out of another location and shipped in, so I had to cancel my online order, but the personal service I received from this store so I didn't have to make another trip to pick up my order was awesome!)

Terrible service. Techs are amateur at best. First tech diagnosed the bike in need of a 9 speed cassette, which I later found was a simple chain issue. Went in again, and the next tech spent more time debating me on previous work done to the bike rather than assessing and recommending what needed to be done. Typical tech geek with no customer service skills. Management should train employees better in that department. Step it up guys.
