I have been with Paragon for over 12 years. I like that they don't try to mold clones for each practice. My consultant, Hope Rektorik has always been great in helping us continue to develop the style of practice we want and show us how to be your best at that style. Paragon in general does shows benefits and possible pitfalls of a variety of types of practices so that you can fine tune what you want. If you are changing styles, they are really good at helping you "ease into" it, especially if a sudden chance would be likely to cause problems in their experience. Meeting other dentists from a variety of practice situations is another benefit and one I look forward to via their Excelleration meetings.
