As soon as I walked in I was welcomed by Christian. He was very helpful and I already knew which vehicle I wanted. I test drove the Taos which I absolutely love and left with it after a few hours. He made everything easy and I already had my financing taken care of so there were no surprises. I would definitely recommend Germain and Christian!

I cannot recommend this dealership enough! I was a bit scared when I got there being not just a first-time-buyer but also a young mom. I was afraid I wouldnt be taken seriously or helped, but I couldnt have been more wrong! Chris Sims was the most helpful and kind salesman I encountered while searching for a car, his easy going attitude made me feel more relaxed. At other dealerships I felt uneasy and eager to leave, but here every single staff member I came across was extremely kind to me and my 2-year-old and made us feel very welcomed. They made the buying process way less nerve wracking than I expected it to be. I am definitely recommending this dealership to anyone whos looking to buy a car!

The sales person Chris and the finance manager kyle were great they helped me get into a new vehicle and it was easy and Chris had a lot of knowledge about the car . The person who went over the additional purchases and loan pricing Derek however was extremely rude and made me feel very uncomfortable. At first he was extremely nice I spent a few minutes doing a survey with him and he came back a few minutes later with several different additional options. I've bought plenty of cars before and I told him that I wasn't going to purchase anything additionally. He then said that I should consider Gap , and I told him that my insurance has the coverage already. He was visibly upset , shaking his head and telling me "I've never had anyone refuse to hear these options before" he said that I would have to sign something saying that I decline anything even though he wasn't able to tell me about them. He then had to help fix a few things on my application and physically touched my side and arms and calling me hun like he didn't just go off on me 20 minutes earlier. I cannot stress how upset and uncomfortable I was as a woman buying a car here.
