Budget Car Rental

Sheesh, where to start. First they gave me a damaged car that had the front bumper scraping the on the ground. They had no other vehicles to offer me except a pickup truck, which I didnt want to drive for my several hundred mile trip. I had to go to another location and pray they had a usable vehicle for me. Thankfully they did get me set up with another rental, but I left 2 hours later than expected. I was going out of state for a concert and was 25 minutes late thanks to this whole debacle with Budget. My advice is to NEVER rent from these guys!!!! I will never be using them again.

A blonde lady working there was very professional and well mannered towards me and my 3 month baby. Even though I was a day late, she fixed my situation and gave me a better car. Only reason why I am giving a 5 star is because I had no other issues with anything. The car and what not went well. My other car rental experience was not this good. Thanks for being honest made my trip much easier on me and my son!

The woman at the front desk was very pleasant. The pick up and drop off was very quick and efficient. Will rent again if my car ends up in the shop again.
