If i could put 0 stars I would. I got there and it was locked they dont close till 6pm. There was no sign stating they will be back. Man come finally after 40 minutes he was rushing me when I gave him my confirmation number he informed me it was for a different location. I could have just called and switched the reservation to that location but when he saw my reservation he was like I dont have an economic car so if you switch I will have to charge you for a different car rate. I have worked in the rental business and know that if you do not have the car that you reserved you have to provide what you have At no cost due to inventory. At that point I asked how much would it be to make a reservation he quoted me $100 more than my reservation. He was very rude to top it off.

Worst experience. Make sure that you return the car not only with full gas, but also cleaned. Stop at the closest carwash to the drop off so you can avoid a charge after three months of the rental. I do not recomment this company.

Do not rent from here!!! I rented from this location a day before Thanksgiving and every car they tried to give me had a check engine light on. The guy working tried to convince me nothing was wrong with the cars but I refused to take the two cars. He finally found me a car without a warning light, but upon bringing car back on the due date, the place was closed early for Black Friday with a note posted on the door. I immediately contacted customer service and received an apology. The rep told me it was ok to bring it back the first thing the following morning. When I took it in the same guy who had waited in me previously- very condescending and a total a- hole told me I would be charged even though they closed early without letting me know. I not so politely told him I would never do business with this store again and the charges would be disputed. Thankfully I had called customer service when I initially attempted to return the car and they had a case number for the complaint. The additional charge was refunded but I will never return to this location and would advise anyone planning to do so to reconsider.
