        Two person working today this stor , thay are helpless. Thay dont have any idea of t mobile service. If you ask them anything they tell you call 611 customer service, store manager is not in here today .

        Misquoted plans. I have to ask my manager with any simple questions. This was done behind closed doors as the manager only peeked her head out into the main space of the store. Kenneth was adamant that the free iPhone 15 deal was over a 12 month period, but all other local stores and customer service said 24 months. He couldnt give me a copy of a quote for a phone plan, only that I could take a picture of his handwritten scribble. This store is franchised. Dont go to this one, if using T-Mobile!
