        Columbus Sanitation is horrible!! We have the large trash containers, one that has a big gash in it. I have requested twice for the container with the gash in it to be replaced, they don't want to replace it as they keep closing my ticket, stating we are getting individual containers in 2024. Since 2021 I've been told we are getting the individual containers. We've had rats in the alleys so the containers are not helping with this issue. The containers are constantly overflowing and when emptied some trash falls to the ground, no one picks it up. The large containers also encourage illegal dumping. We've had several times where they miss picking up the trash. WORST SERVICE EVER!!

        I lived on the next street for 5 yrs.. I moved because I own my house now. Before I moved it was couple that got a trash and didn't need one.. I call in and asked for about 4 yrs now an I can't get a trash it's so many people living off this trash.. I'm the only one cleaning because obviously they dnt own there property so they fill the alley with trash for rodents.. they come out to see all the junk but we don't need a trash I'm so confused..

        It is awful when you can not get the collectors to pick up your trash without calling them every week to do so. I just recently start to have issues with them and I do not know why. Maybe new people.is working now. Anyway I had order a bulk pickup and I watch the two guys get out the truck look at the bulk and get back in the truck without moving anything. Well, I bet you it will stay there till they do pick it up. Must be wonderful to work for the city and dont work LOL

        Ive never had this many issues with trash its trash for Gods sake!! Columbus City trash is the worst out of all the trash companies Ive dealt with!! Whitehall AMAZING Canal THE BEST Columbus SLOPPY!!!!!!!

        Is it necessary to trash our cans like this? Third week in a row. Last week cans were out actually in the street and cars had to drive around them.
