Very pushy salespeople. If they don't have what you want they will try and convince you to buy something else. They do not honor prices on their website. Items in store are marked up past the website's prices.

Needed a few dress shirts/sweaters for work and the store manager, Wes, wasted no time in assisting me. We didnt have a whole lot of options in-store in my size, so most of them were ordered and shipped to my house just a few days later. Seamless fitting session with outstanding customer service!

I've been a customer and an employee here, and both experiences were good. The quality of the products is exceptional, and the service is usually very good, with exceptions. The custom suiting options can be surprisingly affordable, they're worth asking about.

Again, the men's clothing stores aren't the same. Since you can get things online it almost feels like the place is just a placeholder in a mall because we never seems like a lot of people are there buying because of the price. You can get it 30% 40% less online. However, the stores clean service is good simply because it feels like since no one's not in there a lot. The workers are happy to see a person and they will walk. Meet you right at the door and ask if you need help which is great. I love that but it's not the same clothing-wise The clothing is really overpriced for what you get a regular acrylic sweater. It was 160 when I can get cashmere starting at that price polyester shirts for the price of 100% cotton. It's just not good in my opinion. Price wise material wise you're getting polyester where you can go to Walmart or Target to get the exact same thing. Growing up, men's stores always had the the cashmere's, the gabardine wool slacks or merino wool sweaters and top quality material. It seems that Brooks Brothers now has Walmart and Target material but still selling it at a cashmere price at least in the store. I really don't have to go back into a Brooks Brothers with this kind of pricing on the kind of material now. We were talking about cashmere and 100% cotton button-downs and really good material. That's a different story but they had rayon acrylic and polyester for the price of cashmere and 100% cotton poplin cotton. That's ridiculous for me.
