Tim Hortons

My first visit at Tim Hortons, one of the worst experiences Ive ever had and the staff spilled coffee still didnt bother to apologise besides he kept staring as if i spilled that coffee. Worst experience one could ever have.

I go to Tim Hortons every day. I went to this specific Tims today because I was on a different route for work. I choose Tim Hortons because I favor their products, their efficiency and effectiveness. I have always had such good interactions with employees, no matter which location Ive been to. HOWEVER, I was so disappointed in service today. I was interrupted 3 times while making a short order (Two donuts, a sausage breakfast wrap, and one extra large 3x3 dark roast with one shot of espresso on the side). I order the SAME thing every day. I was interrupted 3 times while giving my order. The guy totaled up my order three times..... when I asked for sauce on my breakfast wrap he said, I dont know which one you be goin to, but we dont do sauce on those wraps........ then when I was retrieving my order I asked for my shot of espresso and the girl told me it was in the coffee... I politely stated that I wanted the shot on the side. She stuck her hand out the ordering window motioning with her hand to give her my coffee. I reiterated that I want the coffee on the side not in my coffee and she said I would have to give her back the coffee I already had in my car (I already took a drink out of it). When I refused to give her the coffee I already drank from she refused to give me my shot of espresso. Im so blown away by the attitude I was given while I was placing my order, and then again when all I wanted was my order corrected. I have never ever had to deal with such audacity from anyone at a Tim Hortons. I will not be back there (they likely wont care) and I want everyone to know my experience so as to avoid the same situation. All I wanted was my morning order from Tims to enjoy while I was on my way to work... But I absolutely will be reporting this to corporate.

Nice, fast, and friendly service coffee shop. Love THs honey crullers. Coffee is always fresh and hot. Prices are good, their hot food is decent. Parking accessible, just a few feet away from the restaurant.

Coffee was great, employee working the register was pleasant and efficient. My bagel was toasted but plain, asked for cream cheese but, things happen! Overall, good experience.

I come here sometimes however, I came here today around 2:48 & I asked for a 4 x 4 exact and they made my coffee perfect it was nice and hot and it taste amazing!
