Unbelievable. I had a simply order French vanilla cappuccino and everything bagel toast with butter on it cream cheese on the side Didnt have any French vanilla cappuccino so I change to small decaf coffee no decaf so I change to a small regular well when I got home I received a Half of a half cup of coffee bagel toast no butter and the cream cheese in a cup no lid. I decided to give them a call vm stated cant leave a message because vm hasnt been set up shut it Down and that not my first time that they made a mistake. I love my community but Tim Gordons need to be under new ownership or management

Under staffed and rude. Was waiting in the drive thru for more than 10 minutes, got to the speaker and no one said anything. I said hello and the teenager on the headset flipped out and said theres only 2 people working Ill be with you in a minute I heard you. I told her I didnt know they were understaffed Ive just been waiting. She flipped out again and started threatening me. Obviously a unsupervised child. This store is extremely unprofessional and they never get the orders right. I dont know why Im dumb enough to keep going back hoping they get it together but always disappointed

This locationIs absolutely horrible and when I say absolutely I mean just that absolutely horrible.They never have anything that you request off the menu... It doesn't matter breakfast or lunch. The wait time in the drive-thru is absolutely horrible. They'll let you sit In the Drive-Thru Until you're ready to pull off and then when you're ready to pull off, Somebody will come on to ask you what they can get for you, But then they put you basically on hold. At this point I'm not even sure how this place is still open.

Ordered large dark roast black. Got down the road and went to take a drink. They added sugar and cream. Sickening sweet. Dumped out the whole thing.

This place is trash and filled with ghetto who cant do their job properly. Not only that but they are also rude on the speaker. Im not coming back to this location ever again.
