I strongly suggest that you DO NOT rent from Casto. Any property, anywhere. They will without a doubt attempt to take as much money from you as possible upon move out for literally anything they feel they can take advantage of. They are rude, unknowledgeable and ignore rationality in honor of their internal interests. Embarrassing way to run a company. Multiple other reviews warn of the same and speaking from experience its worse than portrayed in all of them.

Used to rent from Casto lived at one of their apartment, communities for 11+ years with no problems at all until last year I had one problem with one neighbor above me she smoked pot, played music all night, long banging on the floor they moved her to another apartment. Then they sold my current apartment complex. I tried to move to another apartment complex, owned by Casto. They will not rent to me because of the situation. When I was the complaining party, I would stay away from all Casto communities. They do not care about their residence. Terrible corporate and regional management.

At the Glenchester lakes location, we have some of the MOST hard working and on it maintenance. I put in a work order and theyre here right away. And they dont stop working on a problem until its fixed. At my last apartment, it took 3 years to convince them to look at our ac. Here they took us seriously and fixed it immediately. We also have a 4 month old and I love their bond. When they come, they say hi to him and make sure hes comfortable. Thank you so much for all your hard work and thanks for being so personable

Kyle came out to fix our ac unit at glenchester lakes. He was so nice and very helpful in explaining the problem and what to look for in the future. Will request him in the future

This company is in charge of the kroger parking lot at great southern on s high pot holes were huge they did not maintainthe lot damaged 2of my tires and air pressure center 700.00 in damage they set me a letter of denial to reimburse me. They ran out and filled the pot holes. The before and after
