        HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. Scott screwed us over by not receiving the proper permits and we were in such hot water after the fact. He is NEVER on time and he is never responsive. And finally we received a complaint from our township and when he was confronted started gaslighting us saying he received all the permits and blamed things on us. Honestly this experience was a nightmare. If you ever want any work done I would recommend going else where. And by the way we were not the only ones that faced this our neighbors started a project about a year ago and they are still struggling to finish it till now.

        I wanted to turn my master bedroom walk-in closet into a full bathroom. The original team of guys I hired were awful and failed to do the job correctly. When it was partway done, I fired them. I called Firelands Construction and they came out and within a few days I had my new bathroom. Scott did an amazing job! I LOVE it!

        Scott was the installer and he did an awesome job. He listened to what I wanted and delivered! I had baseboards installed throughout the house and he was careful and precise considering I just had a new hardwood floors installed. He kept his work area clean and answered all my questions throughout the process. He also gave me quotes on future projects that came to mind. I will definitely be using this company again. Services: Repair water fixtures, Remodeling, Drywall repair
