Went to get ice cream and my card was locked so I had stepped off to the side to unlock it turns out my virtual card was locked to I unlocked that every quickly to let the little line that was behind me go through to be respectful and then I stepped back up and was ready the lady had proceeded to ignore me even when I said yeah I got it fixed and I'm ready I said this when there was no one behind me then after a minute or 2 someone comes up then another and another and she proceeded to check them out while ignoring me just the most disrespectful thing I've ever seen what a great thing to top on yo my awful night I was already having and I just wanted my ice cream to cheer me up and I couldn't get it because she ignored me and acted like I wasn't even there even when I said I was ready.

I live nearby and visit this location often. The staff are lazy and rude. Almost every time I go there in the evening I have to stand at the counter and wait for the cashier to finish their side conversation with another employee or one of their Friends who is sitting in the ice cream area. Employees speak to each other with extreme profanity and are rude. Im going to Sunoco down the street from here on out.
