        I have taken two classes at the Mix so far--Vietnamese cooking with Shawnie and Indian cooking Dr. Nag. Both classes have been so much fun and a great value. I recommend them regardless if you're a pro or can't tell the difference between a lime and a lemon.

        Wonderful experience with The Mix cooking class I participated in this evening. The theme was 30 minute nutritious meals. The selected recipes were all delicious, and I was particularly surprised by the kale and bean soup. A huge thanks to the Hospitality programs at Columbus State for the experience led by faculty and staff!
