Poor experience with hair coloring at this Ulta beauty. The forehead was badly stained and I was told this is normal.

Haylea B. has done my eyebrows for 8yrs. We followed her from Pickerington store to Polaris. She always does an amazing job and takes pride in her work. No one else is allowed to touch my eyebrows. Thank you for always making me and mom look amazing. Love you Haylea.

I shop at the Polaris Parkway Ulta about once a month or so. Usually great people....good checkout experiences....no problems. Until.....I had the unfortunate experience of encountering Hailie at the checkout counter on this single occasion. She seemed aggravated the moment I approached her at the counter. I had a return...which usually takes a few seconds based on prior experiences. I also purchases some new items. Long story short....everything was a major issue. All about the drama. Everyone else processes a return and rings you up without issue. Not Hailie. It was obvious she was just giving me a hard time (a regular customer who never has a problem at this store). I wasn't rude to her when I approached her, so don't know why she chose me as her target. In any event, she pretty much tossed my bag of purchases at me without saying anything. Not sure what set her off. I asked her nicely when I approached to process the return separately from the items I was going to purchase, rather than do it as an exchange. Maybe that set her off. Ulta....maybe have people like this work in the back or do stocking/inventory and not target customers who just want to conduct their business or make purchases. I get it...anyone can have a bad day...but when you treat an unsuspecting customer like a piece of dirt multiple times during one checkout experience...in my view, the person has bigger problems than just having a bad day. I'm pretty busy so if I chose to write this review....and took the time to do so...it was a very very BAD experience. Yikes.
