I completed an order pick up and when I got the item home it was open. When I did an even exchange they charged me 1 cent!!! Stating the tax when you order online is different from the store. Well who has a penny??? So I had to swipe my card. Unbelievable , considering the only reason I had to exchange was because they sold me an item that had been previously opened . How about you pay my gas money for your carelessness Again, just go to Sephora instead.
