Poor inventory (ALWAYS out of the most coveted items, like Chanel lip liner 164). If the product isnt available, dont have a tester of it out unless you are willing to sell it.
Lack of testers. Testers should be available for every product. You cant tell what it looks like from the color on the packaging.
Cashiers never ask if youd like to use your points.
Salespeople dont know the products.
