Do not seek their services! They are committing insurance fraud. They are billing AND getting paid from my insurance company and billing and getting paid from me, It has been 6 weeks and no reply from their billing department to help fix this. They lied and said I did not meet my deductible and charged me full price and I paid, to find out I did meet my deductible and they got paid from my insurance and me. My insurance company has even tried to reach them, They are scammers getting money any way they can. I reported them to the Ohio insurance agency for fraud. When you call they say you cant talk to anyone in billing and they don't care that you have an issue, they only want MONEY! Stay AWAY!!!!!!!!

I was very disappointed with this company because of the inconsistency of the counselors when I had on- line sessions scheduled. I was constantly waiting for them to connect with me, and several times no one would answer my on the appointment dates. Then, I had to call on my phone and verify my attendance, but was still charged a no show fee on my account. It was stressful so, I discontinued my business with this counseling service.

Ive been seeing Alex for close to three years now and shes great! Very easy to talk to! Shes helped me through a lot of tough times. Scheduling has always been very easy and any time Ive had to cancel an appointment its been easy too.

I would not recommend this place for anyone because just to setup an appointment, they asked me to email insurance card with patient dob, initials, etc and they will charge one time membership fee $99 which is not covered in the insurance and they will need your creditcard on the file.
