        One call for getting help if miss one call no help system wrong

        No one is returning phone calls. Filled out all of the paperwork and emailed it. Waited 8 days. Someone called at 8:30am. I called back every day for three days and no one would return my call. This place is a disgrace and should be investigated. All I needed was food assistance and they won't even return my call! This place does not care about veterans! Truly disgusting.

        The FCVSC helped me pay for groceries and gas once, and assisted with one month of past-due rent I owed. When they discovered I was unemployed due to a rescinded job offer, the commissioning board berated and humiliated me for asking for assistance. I am currently facing eviction in spite of their half-hearted efforts.
