Hopefully this entity takes notice and heed to the fact that the funding for Southeast Mental Health is not being used in the best interest of the vulnerable population. In fact,This entity funds Southeast Mental Health and should cease immediately. Patient's are placed at risk and it appears there is a person noted as being the Medical Director's nurse that is not licensed as a LPN with the Ohio Board of Nursing-Unacceptable! This individual stated she filled out a PA for antipsychotic needed to maintain best healthcare outcomes for a loved one, yet did not complete correctly (she claimed). According to the insurance company no PA had been received at all from the entity practitioner and/or any nurse. I verifying licensure of the nurse on the Ohio Board of Nursing site, this person is not licensed. These entities providing funding need to investigate and cease funding. Southeast Mental Health is under investigation for billing for services not rendered as well, such as counseling/therapy and case management. Now how many other patients are being harmed at Southeast? This vulnerable population has no advocate or voice, my loved one does! If this poor quality of care is happening to him, it is happening to many and needs to cease immediately. The ADAMH BOARD and Community Shelter Board has been made aware of many alternate concerns with Southeast Mental Health and now each and every funder will have awareness.

All they care about themselves they dont really Care About the people! But maybe theyll care about when you Vote or File Grievances,The only way to get things done sometimes!!

Very pleased with the service of these commissioners. Franklin is one of the best counties in the country! Services are top notch.
