Balanced Family Academy of Hilliard

We moved our daughter here because of a not so great experience at a different daycare. BFA makes us so comfortable with knowing that our daughter will be loved and well cared for. She lights up when she sees her teachers! We also love the the owner, Laura, and other admin step in and help when the staff need breaks or lunch. To know that the owner knows our daughter really well (to the point where she also celebrates with us when she doesnt have a blowout) is not something we expected. Honestly, if we could give more than 5 stars, we would!

This is honestly the best daycare hands down. Both sets of the infant room teachers are amazing.

BFA is a wonderful daycare and we are only leaving because we bought a house 40 minutes away. Otherwise, we'd keep our child there as long as possible! The facility is always clean and you can rest assured the building is safe with fingerprint locks so only identified adults can enter, and the staff is knowledgeable and kind. I loved that they use an app parents can check throughout the day with updates and photos; you can also message teachers back and forth which gave us lots of peace of mind. Since changing from Sunny Day Academy, the price did raise significantly but I do feel the quality increased appropriately. The renovations done are nice, meals are now provided which are healthy and fresh, diapers and wipes are now included, some programs such as yoga and sign language were added, and i believe staff got raises and healthcare. So although BFA is more expensive, I do not feel ripped off because I think the money went to good things. The only thing I miss was that before it was bought out, we were allotted 5 vacations days/yr in which we weren't charged for and now that has been removed which is disappointing. But that is pretty common with daycares so isn't really any knock on this place specifically. In general, we LOVE BFA and the staff treated our kid like he was their own. He will miss his teachers and staff and so will we! Thank you for everything guys!

Beautiful center full of wonderful people who really care. Classes aren't too big. Our son loved his time here.

The staff is incredibly attentive, thoughtful and caring. We've had such a wonderful experience! It gives us such a peace of mind to send our child to a place where everyone deeply values safety, development, and fun. The building is very clean and there are no "daycare" smells. We toured a lot of places around town and BFA was far and away the best option.
