        Our son attended school here for 2 1/2 years. We loved all of the teachers like family. Our son learned SO much while attending and met really amazing friends and teachers. Thank you G&G for such an amazing time and for being such great support for my family!!

        Both of our sons went to Giggles & Grins, one of them from when he was six months old until he started kindergarten. The owners communicated well with us over the years, alerting us to lesson plans, staffing changes, etc. They even hold special events for the families, like an annual picnic and holiday events. We always felt like we knew what our children were learning and doing on a daily basis. We could tell that the teachers genuinely cared about our sons and were interested in their development. The boys made friends and always had fun when they were there, and I never once worried about my children while they were there. We'll miss having our children at Giggles & Grins, and I'd recommend it to any local parents.

      I do not recognize you as either a teacher or a parent. Our management has open door policy, both our teachers and parents came to us with questions and complaints, and we discussed and resolved them upon mutual agreement and policy / licensing rules. we care about our children, after we took over, we made several changes: get rid of the canned food instead provide fresh fruits from market, refreshed menu to invlude more varieties and change snacks and grains to whole grains, replacing irresponsible employees and managers with experiened with CDA education background teachers. Even with those upgrades, our tuition was still in the lower quatile compared to childcare centers around us based on our annual market survey.

      We changed canned food to fresh fruits and veggies, change snacks and grains to whole grain foods, and started to hire more qualified teachers, even with theses upgrades, our rate is still lower than average.
