Dr. Eric Zidel is upfront with any future work that needs to be done. He is compassionate and a great listener. The staff is friendly, the facility is very clean. Love watching the birds outside the windows. I have been going to Zidel Dental Group for over 20 years.

Eric Zidel has hands of an angel. I have always been so afraid of the dentist because of the needles and the pain that went with the visit, but after being serviced by Dr Eric I run to my appointment now. He is so gentle and good at what he does dentistry. Dental health is very important by we neglect it because of the pain. Well Dr Eric has restored my faith in Dental health. This is a great general practice dentist office. Friendly and professional staff. The place is always clean. I have been coming here for about 7 years, and have been happy from the beginning.

Several years ago, I connected with Dr. Eric Zidel of Zidel Dental Group after having severe dental issues and making an appointment to see him for a second opinion. My parents were seeing him at the time and raved about his professional work etiquette. The second opinion appointment led to a strong bond between us and his impeccable staff to this day. Dr. Zidel was able to address my severe issues in a year. During this period, he gained my complete trust with his superb dental work and how his office staff treated me, handled insurance claims, scheduled appointments, etc. They're first-class and highly accommodating. Dr. Zidel, while extremely professional, has a fabulous personality a keen sense of humor, and makes you feel very comfortable. When entering the spacious dental office, one can't but notice and feel the serene and Zen-type environment. I've never waited for more than five minutes to be seen for an appointment. Zidel Dental Group is the most organized dental office I've ever experienced; thus, I highly recommend Dr. Zidel and his excellent staff for your dental needs. Randall C Brown
