Id love to give a higher rating but the two times I called, aside from taking payment, not sure the reps are trained to deal with anything else. Bills are confusing and reps cant even explain them. Then they get frustrated when they can't answer basic questions. For example, if you move in or move out during a billing month, they cant tell you what days you were actually billed for. I clearly was billed for the whole month but again, no one can tell me this. Not a fan of bundling utilities. Would prefer to choose my own vendor but my building makes it mandatory to use them. The other part is they are literally double what you'd pay for utilities elsewhere and when you question this, they can't even explain it. Not sure how they managed to get 4 stars because all I see is 1 and 2 star reviews. I'm still waiting for someone to call me back to help me understand my bill and the sarges and have yet to hear from anyone.

Dont use this company they will cut your power off even tho your making payments and staying on top of it!

If I could rate a zero I would. From day one my bill has never been under 500.00 and its just me. I never see anyone taking actual meter reading. There are tacked on charges with no one being able to provide a good explanation. I cannot wait to move and Ill be sure the next place I move to doesnt have this company.
