        We completed kindergarten there last year. I would say for older kids the curriculum may be ok but for younger kids it is either way too complex (geometry for kindergarteners) or too simplistic and repetitive. It is also quite time consuming for the learning coach. Many shed tears through the year(mine and his). We also switched teachers mid year because he needed a more engaged teacher for his live lessons.

        We love Great River Connections academy! The Principals are so personable, ready to talk to you when ever you need them. The teaching staff is also very attentive and great to work with.

        Started enrollment for two of my children and uploaded personal documents. We decided to homeschool instead. Connections academy flatly refuses to delete my childrens personal information including birth certificates, despite the fact that we never actually enrolled our kids. Edit: After posting this 'review' I was contacted and told the data would be deleted.

We serve students in grades K–12 and help each student maximize his or her potential through a uniquely individualized learning program. Our at home learning program allows Ohio students from Akron to Dayton and Parma to Canton and more to receive a high-quality public school education at home while giving them the ability to make meaningful choices around curriculum, empowering them to take the courses that work best for them.
