This hotel is in a great location. There are plenty of restaurants near buy and also the mall. The room was excellent and enough spent for our family. Breakfast was ok, we've had better at same hotel. I felt items were limited. Only complaint the hotel was not maintained with cleanliness throughout the day. Elevator was dirty and sticky. We had a foul smell from the trash cans near our 2nd floor elevator. Swimming pool was good. We had a great stay here, thank ya!

Our first room had a pair of dirty socks in the window and on the second day was full of bugs crawling all over the living room. I had to move all of our things to the next floor alone, pregnant and with a baby in a car seat with no help from staff. The room the moved us too had crumbs all over the kitchen floor and the tub didnt work as well as no hot water. Extremely disappointed, unprofessional and stressful stay.

The front desk clerk was friendly, but overwhelmed. He was the only employee I saw at this hotel. As such he was tasked with checking people in, ringing up purchases, answering the phone, and handling Door Dash. Every time I had to go to the front desk it was a 10 minute wait. The room was big and clean, but the door only latched closed when you slammed it, and the shower head leaked water out of the hose, causing water to spray across the bathroom (until I covered it with a rag). After waiting for another 10 min to talk to the front desk clerk, he apologized for the issues and asked if I wanted a new room. To which I declined since my family was already unpacked and settled in. In summary, decent location next to food, gas, and groceries, but they need more people on staff to handle customers.
